Nike Air Griffey Max II – Black/Tour Yellow

With all the colorways, other than the classic Freshwater make-up, being released this year, the Nike Air Griffey Max II hits close to it’s OG form in Black and Tour Yellow. This model features a black upper and white midsole. The Freshwater accenting in the OG model is replaced with Tour Yellow accents for a new, fresh take on a classic sneaker.

Nike Air Maestro Flight Grey/Solar Red

First donned in 1993 by Scottie Pippen at the season’s All-Star Game, the Nike Air Maestro sees its way to a September 2011 release in an updated Medium Grey/Solar Red color palette. Featuring the Flight logo embroidered on the neoprene black tongue, the pair is amended with a contrasting white swoosh adjacent to perforated leather side panels. Tonal grey laces complement the medium grey upper while a multi-colored outsole is made complete using a revamped Air pocket in the heel.

These aren't normally some shoes I would wear but there is something about the Blue (Indigo) pair. I would rock 'em.

Nike continues paying homage to The Kid with this new rendition of the Air Griffey Max 1, the official kicks that started it all. The shoes will be featured in a platinum colorway. Adorning the uppers, complimented by black accenting throughout. In addition, Nike will be offering a matching t-shirt and cap to complete the set.
